Privacy Policy for REE Padel

1. The Data We Collect

We collect the absolute minimum required to make your account function. When you sign up, we store your:

• Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Profile Image

We do not track your location, scrape your contacts, or secretly harvest background data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to manage your account, provide access to your padel highlights, and facilitate social interactions within the app. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Moderation

This app allows users to interact via comments, likes, and friend requests. Because people can be awful on the internet, we enforce strict rules to keep the platform usable:

• We have zero tolerance for abusive behavior, harassment, or objectionable content.
• You can report toxic comments and block abusive users directly within the app.
• If you are reported for harassing others or posting abusive content, we will review the report and permanently ban your account without warning.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion (Your Right to Disappear)

We hold your data only until you decide to leave. If you want out, you can delete your account:

• In-App Deletion: Executing the "Delete Account" function in the app will instantly and permanently vaporize your account, profile data, and profile image from our active databases. There is no temporary "deactivation" purgatory. Once you pull the trigger, your data is gone forever.
• Web Deletion Request: If you no longer have the app installed, you can request permanent account and data deletion by visiting our deletion request form or by emailing tefaabdo03@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request."

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party backend infrastructure to host our database and securely manage your login credentials. They process your data strictly to keep the app running and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
